Hi Ed,

Thanks for arranging our wonderful trip to Italy. The apartment in Rome was so well located that we were in walking distance of every place we wanted to visit. We were able to “see it all” in three days without worrying about having to drive or be driven around in the crazy traffic.

From the time we were picked up in Rome we were treated like royalty with private cars and drivers and a private tour guide/translator for the entire Culinary tour of Cilento. The villa in Giungano was beautifully ancient but with modern amenities and the Contessa was more than gracious. It was wonderful to meet all of the local entrepreneurs who are promoting agro-tourism in this lovely and little known region, where the coast is really nicer than the better known Amalfi.

Our schedule between cooking classes was planned according to our wishes and then every detail was handled by our hosts including transportation, admission fees, meals, etc. We did not have to worry about anything; we were totally taken care of. This trip was not only educational but also stress-free and a great value – the food alone was worth the price.

Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to Alaska.

The land tour was amazing. The Wilderness Tundra Expedition was the highlight of our trip. The driver was very informative as well as interesting.

All transportation of luggage as well as our own transportation ran like clockwork even when some of the tour guides were stranded at the airport. Another tour guide just took over and handled all the groups.

When we boarded the ship, we were made to feel as if we were the only ones on board. The service there was supurb. Our two waiters took care of us as if we were family.

You could see someone ten times a day and each time they saw you they would smile, ask if everything was OK. It was wonderful. Thanks again for arranging the trip of a lifetime.
